"Mrs. Pegg is still living [1894], having reached a ripe old age, and is surrounded by her children, who rise up and call her blessed. She has thirty living grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren, and all who know her unite in praising her for the great amount of good which she has accomplished, as well as for her many noble qualities of mind and heart."
